The TQG PAW-CR series spiral bevel steering gearbox with hollow shaft groove key is called the right angle precision speed reducer which belongs to the cylinder gear reducer. It features high strength, high presicion, high output torque, smooth operating and high positioning accuracy. The application of hollow shaft groove key ensures the stability of the right angle gearbox when operating. Besides, it adopts an integrated structure design with small size and light weight and it makes the servo motor operate efficiently and reduce the load inertia greatly and increase the output torque.

Features of PAW-CR Series Spiral Bevel Steering Gearbox

1. The speed-reduction mechanism adopts a helical gear design, and its meshing rate is twice than thenormal spur gear. It has smooth running, low noise, high output torque and low backlash.
2. The input end is connected to the motor using a collet-type locking mechanism and subjected to dynamic balance analysis to ensure concentricity of the interface and zero backlash power transmission at high input speeds.
3. The surface of the gear box is treated with electroless nickel, and the motor connecting plate is treated with black anodization to improve the environmental resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. The steering gearbox has a compact structure, high precision and large output torque due to the integrated design of the gear box and the inner ring gear.
