Description of HD Series Spiral Bevel  Gearbox

• The shape of TQG HD helical bevel steering gearbox is regular hexahedron and it can adapt to different directional installation.
• The design of TQG spiral steering gearbox ensures long service life, large load capacity, stable transmission and low noise. The linearvelocity of gear can be up to 40m/s and the transmission efficiency is up to 94%~98%.
• The TQG spiral bevel gear is made of high quality low carbon alloy structural steel. It is carburized, quenched, heat-treated and grinded together to achieve high precision hard tooth surface closed transmission.
• Seven specs of Taiqi Seiko HD series steering speed reducer are available. Therefore, the selection range is broad and output shaft forms are various, which can meet all kinds of application needs.
• HD bevel gearbox can achieve two transmission modes: deceleration and speed up.

There are seven models of HD spiral bevel gear steering gearboxes, that is, HD09, HD11, HD14, HD17, HD21, HD24 and HD28. The ratios for single stage are 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10.

And ratios for 2-stage steering gearbox are : 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 70, 100.
